Frequently asked questions

Browse our events, select your ticket type and package, fill in attendee information, and complete checkout. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with your QR code and a link to your Foundry account where you can sign your waiver and view event details.

After checkout, log into your Foundry Sports account and navigate to the Consent Forms tab. Your event waiver will be waiting to sign digitally. You can also sign on-site at check-in if preferred.

Most events allow cancellations up to 7 days before the event date for a full refund. Within 7 days, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. If Foundry Sports cancels an event, you will receive a full refund automatically.

Permitted items include helmets, jerseys, footballs, basketballs, photos, and trading cards in good condition. Stickers, replicas, and items with pre-existing signatures from other athletes are generally not permitted.

Yes. Youth sports camps are specifically designed for ages 6–18. Signings, VIP experiences, and live events are family-friendly and welcome all ages. Children under 16 attending VIP events require a parent or guardian present.

Foundry Rewards is coming soon — we're building a points program so you can earn on every purchase and redeem for discount codes, signed memorabilia, free signing tickets, and VIP experience upgrades. We'll let you know as soon as it's live.
